Penrith Beds n Dreams Interior Fit Out – Completed April 2021
In the heart of the Penrith Home Maker Centre lies Beds n Dreams Penrith. A new 900m2 retail space made this one of our biggest projects to date. After some minor demolition and make good work, we commenced on the new open cell metal ceiling system. This innovative ceiling system allows for airflow while remaining durable and aesthetically pleasing. Our client needed a back storeroom area so we constructed new partition full height walls to meet that requirement. We also needed to create individual bedroom bays, and constructed new low height walls to act as bed head/dividers.
We also created a new on-brand aesthetic look by painting the site throughout with new corporate colours and installing new LED lighting & LED directional downlighting. The job was completed with all electrical works, power & data throughout including a CCTV security system. The fire services were upgraded to suit the new layout as well as new carpet & vinyl feature walkways, a new reception desk & joinery, light boxes & signage.
Artarmon Beds n Dreams Interior Fit Out – Completed September 2021
A slightly smaller site at Atarmon, we completed a new make good & fit out of this 500m2 heritage listed retail space in the Artarmon Home HQ Center. We also managed all documentation & certification, which really saved our client time and gave them peace of mind. Our work involved make good of existing walls & metal ceiling system with vinyl ceiling tiles, construction of new full height partition to create individual bed rooms, painting throughout with new corporate colours, full lighting upgrade with new LED troffers, retail LED entry lights & LED directional lighting, All electrical works were also installed including power & data throughout including a CCTV security system, fire services modifications to suit new layout and mechanical alterations. New carpet was also installed throughout as well as vinyl entry, a new reception desk & joinery, light boxes & signage.
Castle Hill beds n Dreams Interior Fit Out – Completed December 2021
Our final site in this project was Castle Hill. We completed a make good of an existing 700m2 retail space located in the Hills Super Centre. All documentation & certification was also taken care of and our work involved make good of existing walls, construction of new full height partition to create individual bed rooms, painting throughout with new corporate colours, minor electrical works & emergency & exit lighting upgrades, low height movable wall units & bed head dividers and fire system modifications to suite new layout.
